RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At this time, Pride Beauty Supply does not offer refunds. We offer a 30-day exchange or store credit policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition received

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Due to hygiene standards, used personal care or beauty tools are not eligible for return.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. Pride Beauty Supply is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

To request an exchange or store credit, contact us at hello@beautybeez.com.
If approved, you will receive return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases only, return shipping may be covered by Pride Beauty Supply.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Used personal care or beauty tools

Exchanges

Once your return is approved and received, store credit will be issued. You may use the credit to place a new order.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. All approved returns are processed as store credit only, issued to the email used at checkout.
